Wonderful selection, and even in these times of covid with no in store shopping, they still had a hygienic way for you to play the instruments prior to purchase (and their english was good which was useful for me, but did not influence this rating lol). Threw in a really nice case for the mandolin I purchased as well!

Client régulier, location de matériel achats chez eux, je leur ai même laissé ma guitare à réparer (travail mal fait et coûteux que chez la concurrence mais passons)...Aujourd'hui ils ont refusé de vendre à ma copine un carton pour renvoyer une guitare acheter en ligne, parce qu'apparement on ne peut pas se fournir auprès d'autres magasins que le leur. Moi qui considérait acheter 2 basses chez eux, ça s'est joué à un vendeur malpoli. 0 pour votre manque de respect et fidélité envers vos clients, ne venez pas vous plaindre quand Thomann vous aura fait fermer boutique définitivement, vous ne le devrez qu'à vous même.
